I was very dissatisfied with a service experience from a different company, and brought my youngest son's car to you. Your group was able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you! After that, I needed a different son's car looked at immediately on a Saturday. Steve got me in right away, and they were able to give me information that afternoon about my son's car. Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you!

In my 4 or 5 visits to Hon. Auto Care, everyone has been excellent. Employees (and Randy, owner) have been friendly, professional, and patient in answering any service related questions, and upon completion of work done, also spent time going over work related agenda. I am always leary whenever I go to a new place, especially "auto related", because, as you know being in the business, like many other businesses, not every auto repair shop is always "reputable", as your name indicates, but thus far, everyone at your shop has seemed to live up to your name. I only live in MN in the summer and won't be back this year until May..

the only complaint is the job took a little longer than expected.
