Hey, the car is running and it's startring! What more can one ask? I plan on having a showdown with my dealer and his garage crew ASAP. I drive an 8-cylinder Pontiac G-8 and for the second time, they have put only enough oil for a 6 cylinder of that model. You may be seeing my car in there besides my wife's depending on how this crap is to be resolved. I think they have a couple of teeh-aged technicians back there in their garage somewhere who they enlisted to work from a children's home for the intellectually-challenged. Love the way you explain things and go with the flow of changing projections of work to be done.

Your Customer Service aptitude is stellar. Steve was carefully aware of each point of my service needs and his helpful and honest approach was what anyone would love. He did his best to help me figure out the best manner to use coupons that you graciously had sent out in my mail, and I very much appreciate that you do this and are interested in continuous repeat business. It still can be shocking how expensive everything can be. Regardless, my experience overall with you was fantastic and I will certainly recommend you to others. Excellent job!

Steve was friendly as was everyone else. My oil change was done in a timely fashion. The additional recommended services needed were explained to me in a fashion that allowed me to understand them and yet not feel pressured. All of my experiences at Honest-1 Auto Care in New Hope have been above average.
