Satisfied with the customer service and timely repair. In fact, that is awesome. Dissapointed that the water pump ordered by Honest 1, from Napa I believe, needed to have a $50 gasket (offsetting the 10% off coupon given to me to gain my business as I had chosen originally to have it done more cost effectively elsewhere), when I looked to purchase the same pump (Gates or AC Delco) it came WITH the rubber gasket, not a paper one as I was told needed to be upgraded. I had a hard time finding a pump without a rubber gasket so I feel a little stiffed.
