Honest-1- Auto Care in New Hope, Mn. is without a doubt an exceptional Auto Repair Company with exceptional employees of unlimited knowledge and intergrity. It all starts with ownership and Steve, the longtime manager from day one, down to the other technicians and employees who, like the management in my opinion, also have all the above qualities. I've been going to Honest-1-Auto since they first opened at the New Hope Mn. location about 10 plus years ago. It is such a relief knowing that I can trust these amazing people, especially in the "Auto repair industry", where many customers like myself, have limited Auto mechanics knowledge. I think if anyone takes the time, as a perspective new customer, to take a few minutes to contact or stop by to meet Steve and the rest of the employees, they will be quite impressed. If all the above qualities aren't enough, get on their mailing list and you won't believe all the discount coupon specials you will continually receive either by mail, email, or text. Also impressive is the efficiency of getting you in and out the door quickly for many services while you wait, or timely accomodating services that you drop off your car for service. I believe they also provide shuttle service as an added convenience. Last of all, the first thing that struck me years ago on my first visit to this unique special place is it's atmosphere. At first glance, the large waiting room reminds me more of a coffee shop then an auto repair shop. You walk in to an always spotless and warm atmosphere with comfortable seating and a large screen television for entertainment. Then over in the corner is a variety of snacks, along with refreshments like coffee, cocoa, delicious fresh hot whipped caramel or vanilla drinks, as well as other cold drinks, all free of charge. With an always patient staff to answer all your questions or concerns, as well as always giving you progress reports during and after service, as well as easy to understand future services written on your final report to keep an eye on for any future needed servicing done. I'm not kidding when I say I wish all doctors were as thorough as these employees(guys and gals) are at Honest-1- Auto Care are in New Hope, MN, Go see for yourself !! Always friendly. Always helpful. A great experience from calling in to make an appointment, to the clean, welcoming waiting area with snacks, to their fast, efficient service. They take the time to explain needed repairs in a way that I can understand. Definitely recommend!

If I could give this place a negative star I would do exactly that. I brought my vehicle here for an oil change and somehow they managed to find over twenty five hundred dollars of desperately needed repairs. The man at the front desk told me that my tires were so bald that soon I would have metal wires protruding from all of my tires. This place is the exact opposite of Honest. Don't ever take your vehicle to Honest-1 in New Hope.

From start to finish my overall experience was wonderful. I loved the that they would text me updates and photos on my car. Wyatt once again was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Even though I still and probably will never understand. I appreciate all the updates and how helpful he (and the lady who asked if I wanted a refreshment I didn’t get her name) was throughout my experience will definitely (and have too) come back again!
