Basic maintenance needs taken care of quickly and thoroughly. All options for maintenance were discussed in-depth beforehand. My questions were answered in a way that I understood. Prices were actually lower than estimates from another garage. Needed a loaner car at the last minute - very helpful! I will definitely refer Honest 1 Auto Care.

I was very impressed by the service and the way I was treated at Honest-1 Auto Care. I had always gone to Tires Plus and then I saw a coupon for New Hope Automotive so I tried them and they were great. I wasn't all that impressed with Tires Plus. I was sad when New Hope Automotive closed. I wondered if Honest-1 would be good and you are. Before Tires Plus I went to Valvoline Rapid Oil and had my Oil changed. There were Teenage girl visiting with the employees and I thought It was strange and decided I wouldn't go back after that. I left there and drove down 42nd and turned on Douglas Drive. All of a sudden my car stopped and all the lights went on, I didn't know what to do or what to think. I went to someones house and called them and told them what happened. The young man said you can't blame it on me. I was furious by them. The person who house I went to opened the Hood of my car and the person who change my Oil did not put my Oil cap on. You did a great job fixing my truck, but broke something else in the process which caused my battery to be dead after I got it home. I brought it back you to and you made it right, but I think I should have been given a discount of some kind considering the inconvenience. Second delivery was late, but that was due to the power outage so I don't blame you guys. Overall I love your shop though and will continue to come back. Your employees are stellar and I always feel you guys give me fair treatment when I bring my vehicles in. Thank you and see you next time!
