Service at H1 at week prior had caused a leak in the Power Steering Pump. You recognized the issue and took responsibility, installing a new pump at no cost to me. Everyone makes mistakes. It's how we deal with them that shows our true character. Your response to this issue spoke volumes about how you guys do business. We had a coupon for a cheap oil change, which was done timely. The waiting room area is very nice, clean and bright. The quotes for other service were higher than we thought reasonable, so we will be taking the service elseware.
