Steve (all the Steves) and everyone has always been friendly, considerate of me and others, and more then willing to annswer any questions or concerns. One of my biggest concerns was honesty, because it takes a lot for me to trust in the auto repair industry because of some of the "horror stories" I have heard about the few dis-honest people in this industry that give everyone else a bad name. So far, I have only good things to say about your company and its employees. I think they have so far, not been unfair in overcharging, and do an excellent job of explaining things to customers. I own my own business, so I think that makes all the above agenda even more important to me. I took a bunch of cards to let employees and customers know about you if they need an Auto repair shop they can trust and get competent service from. ( I own a Bar and Restaurant ).
