Honest 1 of New Hope is a great, trustworthy shop! I had to visit the Blaine location for my last oil change, and they tried ripping me off! So I made sure to go back to Honest 1 of New Hope. They were honest, fast, and gave me a no-pressure estimate for work that actually needed to be done. I was very pleased after my last appointment. I definitely recommend Honest 1 of New Hope. I would not recommend Honest 1 of Blaine…..watch out if you work with them!

The space is very inviting, clean, and spacious. I was there first thing in the morning and enjoyed the free coffee, cappucino, and snacks that they had. I also like it that they have a business center where you can access the internet. It helped pass the time. I was able to get some work done while waiting for my car to get fixed. They truly are honest. Went in for an alignment and turns out I didn't need an alignment. I just needed the tires rotated. I left the place not having to pay anything other than the groupon deal which led me there in the first place.

The team at Honest-1 were very clear with what work they were going to do on my car and did their best to explain it to me. The staff and facility were very welcoming and there was no question as to where to go when I needed to have something else looked at. I was very pleased with Honest-1.

I have to be honest, you told me I needed a new battery... and right away. I went to Batteries Plus and they checked my battery and said No way! Is it all about commissions or is it possible the reading was all screwed up? not sure.
