Terrance assisted me with my oil change and inspection report, and he was very professional and spoke to me as if he truely cared about my experience and vehicle needs. I was very impressed with the comfortable waiting area also. I have already recommened Honest 1 to a friend and will continue to tell people of their great work and service.

I was impressed that I was not charged for the alignment inspection. I will return for the alignment after I complete the necessary repairs myself. I seldom visit any auto repair facility because I do my own repairs, but I was pleased with the level of professionalism.

Clean,quick and hot coffee with a snack. Nothing about it feels like a repair shop It's a nice change.
