I used to work at Honest-1 as a lube tech and I loved It as any student who is studying automotive technology would. That is, until I had to do my 5 week PAID internship for school. Fast forward to the end of the 5 weeks and now they tell me they can't pay me because its an internship. That's not what we agreed on. Service at this shop is a total joke. You'd be better off going to Valvoline..

all of these are rip offs.. charged me 60+ dollars to put back up my skidplate... they said the reason is because of the parts.. I went to valvoline and they put it up for free parts included... come on now.

Brought my car in for overheating and paid 600.00 for new thermostat that went bad 4 days later. Took the car back and they said that the thermostat wasn't the problem and offered to fix it for 3400.00 for a head gasket. No apology or refund. Went somewhere else paid 1600.00 car runs great. Don't use ads they send in mail. Its a scam to get you in the shop.

Worst auto shop I've ever used- spent thousands here a few years back, never again. Complete opposite of their name.

Called these guys to repair a etcs on a 2001 saturn they told me that's probably not the problem let us diagnose it for u if it is your looking at a $45 part and $143 labor with tax about $218. I with no experience and a YouTube video fixed it in 8 minutes with a $12 dollar part.and the car runs like brand new so sick of these car shops I know you need to make money but $143 for 8 minutes of work come on at least take honest out of your shops name.
