More overpriced than my normal mechanic. But when my studs broke off and I needed a mechanic immediately they helped out. The hours here are much more convenient. Overall I shall continue my business here as needed.

I went to honest 1 at new hope to get an oil change, no appointment. They were very busy but service writer Chris got me in right away, I did not have to wait long and Chris updated me throughout my time there. I was extremely happy with my service, it was simple, honest and fast. I will always bring my car here.

Spectacular customer service! I would highly recommend Honest-1!

I highly recommend Honest-1 in New Hope. I went in for a simple oil change and ended up needing wheel bearings and a new axle. Once that was fixed the guys found that another wheel bearing and axle was needed. Steve took great care of me and very apologetic about not finding the other one right away. He explained everything and even showed me the bearings and axle. I really appreciate how well they took care of my vehicle and me.

First time i arrived late and in a bad mood but Chris happily rescheduled me. Second time i arrived 2 mins late and once again Chris greeted me with a cheerful welcome and gave me the best deal on my oil change and was also attentive to my other concerns about my car. I was using another auto care provider in the past but will be scheduling with Honest 1 Auto Care from now on...Thanx to Chris. Nice waiting area. Free coffee and great location.

Oil change and battery check light. Great service and waiting area has snacks and more than just coffee. They even have a committee to go online.
