I highly recommend Honest 1 to anyone who seeks service needs for their Vehicle. Chris is super friendly and helpful. I brought my car in after another Car-Shop broke somethings on my vehicle. Chris helped me with my claim that I filed with the other Car-Shop and got things taken care of as quickly as possible. He also gave me a loaner car for the 6 days my car was being worked on. He makes you feel welcome and at ease. I trust these guys, they stand by their word and do great work! I’ll continue to be a returning customer. 😊

Keep your information out of their system or your mailbox will fill up with their junk mail. When I asked them to take me off their marketing list they tell me that they can't only the post office can do that. This isn't true. They spend more on marketing than any other auto repair shop I know. Which speaks to their higher pricing to cover that overhead. Don't fall for their trap these guys are junk mail kings.

Have been going here for auto maintenance for a few years. So when I bought a new (used) truck, of course I brought here for an oil change. They informed me of several things that needed immediate attention. I had told them when I bought the truck I got a warranty with it. They did all the work with getting everything approved through the warranty, performed all the work. Gave me a free loaner car for the 3 days my truck was there. Picked up my truck today and am so happy with the way it rides and feels now. I had no idea how bad it was. This shop has always made me feel comfortable that they weren't trying to sell me something I didn't need. I will probably never use another shop for my auto maintenance and repairs!

I had a vehicle towed here. They did a diagnostic. I already doubted I would do the repair. However I still am paying for the diagnostic so I don't feel bad. The repair bill was higher than I was willing to pay so I said no. They wanted to add a bunch of stuff. Like changing an easy to access lightbulb for$20. I said no. As soon as I said no. I was garbage to them. They knew I was from a ways of so they didn't care much about being kind to me or just plain old polite.

I really think it was too much money and we will be going elsewhere

These guys are a joke and prices are a total rip off. HONEST? NOPE! Towing my car elsewhere than have these guys overcharge. To make it short and sweet, estimate seemed HIGH! Went elsewhere.

This would have been a 5 star review as was was vert pleased with the sevice until I had to replace my starter. Thats when I notice the three nuts on the strut tower were not tighten down. If i have any service rhat needs to be done I would still go back to Honest-1
