Make sure they input the CORRECT information for your car, because they reported the wrong info on mine to Carfax and now refuse to take any responsibility for it. My car has a potential Odometer rollback indicated in the report. Because the vehicle had an oil change on 10/31/2013 at Fast Track Oil Change, mileage listed at 23,627, the vehicle is six months oid this point. Eighteen days later another oil change 11/18/2013 at Honest-1 mileage listed at 93,584 and also work done to a six month old car. That would mean the car was driven 69,957 miles in 18 days. One again 05/12/19 Hoest-1 listed an oil change and mileage at 97,074. Two months later another oil change at Valvoline 7/14/2014 mileage listed at 43,509. It should be obvious that the wrong vin number was keyed in at Honest-1. I don't beleive the car was ever even serviced there. I contacted Honest-1 all they will admit to is they can't even say the car was ever there. Send all this and an email from the Honest-1 manager saying he could not find a record of the car. I filed case with carfax, after trying to get the manager to put in writing that it had to be a mistake. He wouldn't admit to anything. You would think being named Honest-1 they would try to help resolve an error that was of their making, NOT.

Would recommend! Chris diagnosed a timing sensor issue on my Honda. After the recommended repair I continued to have related issues. I brought it back and after quite a bit of additional diagnostics they resolved the issue at no additional cost to me. Their great service in spite of some initial complications is greatly appreciated. I'll be going back should the need arise.

They don’t stand behind their service. We were loyal customers and recommended them to all family and friends until now. They only stand behind an oil change for 3,000 miles yet their website even mentions most vehicle manuals recommend every 7,500 miles. Plus the newer vehicles track the oils and send notifications for when we need an oil change. We were right around 3,000 and the oil filter was bad and leaked oil all over our driveway. The truck is newer and the issue came down to the product and result of an oil change there. We were charged almost $80 after coupon for a synthetic oil change and they wouldn’t stand behind the issue as it was over 3,000 miles and didn’t apologize or anything. Never returning.

Stand by their work and treat loyal customers with more appreciation

Honestly ripping you off is more like it. I went in for a quote to replace a broken exhaust pipe and they wanted to replace the whole system, sensors and all. I expected a quote of $200 - $300, but they came back with $4000 on a 1998 Nissan Pathfinder worth less than $1000. Response: Why would I go back for more of your greedy pricing and waste my time? If you think you can suddenly fix this, then you should have been “honest” the first time.

The team at the shop in New Hope are all very nice, and helpful, I've had them fix my car a number of times, and each time they did an awesome job. Their shop guarantees their work and if I've ever had an issue with something afterward I've never had an issue with them fixing the problem right away. Plus they are awesome in that they will drop me by my house so I didn't have to wait for my car to be looked at at their facility all day. They then picked me up when they were done fixing the car.
