Steven, Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. Communication from our customers, good or bad is very helpful. I'm sorry if you feel the cost of your oil change was too high with supplying your oil and filter. In this business it is standard industry practice to not use supplied parts to service a vehicle (there are of course exceptions to this rule). So it is not something we deal with on a regular basis. We did, however explain what the pricing would be prior to beginning service. We had also provided additional service that had been requested at no additional cost to you. We try very hard to be as up front with pricing as we can, especially with the variety of circumstances that we face in this industry.
