These guys are really good, both in their quality of work and supreme automotive knowledge. They got a ton of work done on my Outback in a short amount of time. They interfaced perfectly with my MRC insurance and even twisted some arms to get a couple more things covered to save me huuuge money. I'm so grateful and would highly recommend this place!!!! I have an old car that I have brought in for various repairs, I like to keep it for the bad weather the way some people drive, I don't want my new car recked. I get Great service, I usually deal with Chris or Steve they are super nice. Everyone that works there is nice and friendly. They do a Great job and as busy as they are they never had my car more than a day, that is if they needed to order a part, otherwise I get my car the same day. A great place to bring your car. I have always been happy with their work. Good snacks, coffee and TV.

Honest-1 is THE best. They do great work at a reasonable rate and excellent customer service. Friendly and straight-forward they have done a variety of servicing to our two vehicles and the cars always come back driving great. Can not recommend enough!

Take your business somewhere else Went in for one thing, Tried to sell me $2100 of “needed” repairs. Typical auto shop Note: at the end of my last honest 1 experience, the desk clerk was trying to rush a signature from me, kept saying “just sign it.” Very unprofessional. This is just another auto shop

BEWARE If I could give this company a 0 star I would, my grandpa who is 80 years old and has a Saturn Vue with 65k miles on it, he was told he needed a new timing belt ($900) because of its age, he wanted a 2nd opinion so I had him bring it to a shop I use (I recently found that actually cares about their customers) and it turns out it was done at 60k miles. The sticker was on the timing cover showing it was done. This isn’t the first time he has gone here but it’s definitely the last. BEWARE
