I had them check an oil leak on my car. They put in a dye at my oil change, and I came back without an appointment on a day when they were closing early to see where the leak was. They made an accommodation for me and looked at my engine. The dealer woud never have done that.

I think it's quality service but I do not like the tone Steve uses: I use to think this place was the whole package which would be honest, affordable, quality work AND genuine and friendly respectful service. Genuine, friendly and respectful are lacking from Steve: he seems uptight condescending and his friendliness is fake. He yelled at me like I was an 8th grader to turn down my phone. Geez: give me a break: I'm working hard to make a living too!!!
