I've used them in the past, several locations, but no longer. They wouldn't work with a manufacturer on a warranty issue I have with my vehicle. The manufacture says it's up to the shop whether they want to work with the manufacturer or not on a warranty issue. Poor customer service. I won't be back. Don't bother with your canned response. They get old.
