I brought my wife's car to Honest-1 late in the day right before they were about to close, and they very friendly, took the vehicle in, and got me out of there quickly with a loaner car. Within 24 hours they figured out what was wrong with the car and got it taken care of for a very fair price. After I picked up my wife's car and went home, I realized I had forgotten some of my own work stuff in the back of the loaner vehicle. I reached out to see if they could grab it so I could pick it up the next day, and instead of making me come back to pick it up, they went above and beyond and dropped it off for me at my house. I will be taking all my future auto repair business to Honest-1.

I really liked my experience with Honest-1. They are very thorough,and informed me of everything my vehicle needed . I was in for brake work. This place got my vehicle in for an appointment quickly. They were able to troubleshoot the car early in the morning after drop off, obtain the needed part very quickly by driving across town after a snow storm, installed it, and then they coordinated a programmer to come for installation/set up. Every step of the way, I was called for approval of their cost incurring actions, balancing between getting the car fixed as soon as possible vs playing along with insurances limitations. I chose speed. My car was fixed in a day, very professionally. I rarely have such good experiences as this was, these days. It was really satisfying to see their organization and dedication to fixing things so quickly and with such strong communication. Thank you!
