Bought my Interstate battery here. Battery went bad 18 months later. Brought it in for a test and they did a recharge and said it tested fine. Battery would not hold a charge for 5 minutes. I had to go buy a new battery somewhere else. When your battery is bad, you don't need to negotiate on a warranty. "Honest" -1
Jim, your battery has a 30-month free replacement nationwide at any Interstate Battery retailer. When you brought in your carry-in battery, we followed the requirements of Interstate Battery which included a trickle charge and retest. Your battery tested ok by the Interstate tester supplied to us by the Interstate Company. Sometimes when we don’t have the vehicle to do a complete system check with the battery under load it can create a false test. Please call we would like to recheck the battery hopefully with the vehicle.
