We usually don’t give over-the-phone quotes. We offer a free brake inspection so we can give you an accurate quote. Jim, your battery has a 30-month free replacement nationwide at any Interstate Battery retailer. When you brought in your carry-in battery, we followed the requirements of Interstate Battery which included a trickle charge and retest. Your battery tested ok by the Interstate tester supplied to us by the Interstate Company. Sometimes when we don’t have the vehicle to do a complete system check with the battery under load it can create a false test. Please call we would like to recheck the battery hopefully with the vehicle.
